Yes, but the 5-night package offers guests the best opportunity to enjoy the full scope of Food & Wine
event programming. Further, with travel to and from the resort taking the better part of a day, the 5-night package gives you (4) full days to enjoy the resort. However, if you’d like to shorten the number of nights in your event package, a prorated amount of $1,080 per night per couple will apply. Similarly, if you wish to extend your stay at the resort, the same $1,080 per night rate will apply. Members entering the Better Ball Battle Tournament must stay a minimum of 5-nights to play in the tournament.

You can absolutely pick and choose which of the planned event meals and group activities you’d like to attend. When you submit the Food & Wine Event Registration form, you can select the pre-planned group resort activities (golf, tennis, or Catalina Island Excursion) that have been scheduled daily. All event registrants are welcome to attend the Welcome Beach Party Dinner, the Invited Chef of the Year Cookoff Dinner, the Invited Mixologist of the Year Cocktail Challenge Reception and of course the Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival. This year, only the Invited Chef of the Year Pairing Dinner will have a capacity limit of 100 guests. All registered event guests will have a chance to sign-up for the Pairing Dinner through an online sign-up on August 1st. Alternatively, guests are welcome to enjoy Casa de Campo’s fantastic restaurants and fun-filled resort activities (golf, tennis, horseback riding, shooting, and water sports) at their own pace. Our Invited National Event Staff will help members navigate the group activity sign-up options. If “at leisure” activities are preferred, Invited’s Event Staff will connect members with a Casa de Campo Vacation Planner to pre-book dining and resort activities. Additionally, the resort’s Concierge Team can assist you once onsite. However, keep in mind, if you wait to make at leisure reservations once onsite, availability for your selections may be limited.
